garageONE Scottsdale

PROJECT DETAILS

garageONE Scottsdale will consist of two (2), 1-story buildings totaling approximately 29,000 square feet (including approximately 6,500 square feet of mezzanines). The buildings will be demised into fourteen (14) individual, highly-improved condominiums, each which is designed to provide luxurious storage capacity for automobiles, motorcycles and other “toys” and/or collectibles. Further, the layout of garageONE Scottsdale will facilitate an environment of automotive affinity amongst our very discriminating owners.

The interiors of the Project will be demised and delivered to owners in a highly turn-key, upgraded condition that includes a generous and exhaustive list of standard amenities (please see Amenities). Owners may also construct optional interior amenities, some examples of which are also later described.

The project features five levels of security: site perimeter, site surveillance, building perimeter and interior motion sensors, all of which are operated and monitored by the Association; and interior webcams that are operated and monitored only by the individual unit owners.

The site boasts a grand entry gate, and substantial and decorative perimeter walls. Inside the garageONE site, there is a common car wash bay (covered, with lighting, water and air compressor) for the exclusive use of garageONE owners.

The rear and side exterior building walls will be constructed of architectural concrete block, while the front walls will be a combination of architectural block and framed walls featuring slate tiles, plastered walls and soffits. Entry elevation accents will include unit entries recessed into quasi-porte-cocheres to provide building articulation, a dramatic sense of arrival and garage and vehicle shading; metal awnings to provide additional solar protection; winged walls which serve to “hide” the man-doors; glass windows with security shutters; building and driveway lighting; planters; parking spaces designated by special concrete treatments; and a general architectural design and palette that celebrate the southwest motif and belie the industrial zoning of the Project.

Desert landscaping will be provided at the entry to the site as well as at the parking paving islands. Additional landscaping will be located throughout the project adjacent to the building wing walls.

garageONE Scottsdale is being mapped and documented as a condominium project such that you and your friends can enjoy the many benefits of ownership on top of the many benefits of enjoyment.

“Warehouses are just storage. They’re dark, they’re dusty. People want more than that now…The car culture in Dallas has needed a place where people can gather – just like boating or equestrian activities have. We think this could be a gathering place.”
