PROJECT STATUS
garageONE Scottsdale has received its approvals from the City of Scottsdale, and is virtually permit-ready at this time.
However, as a result of the recent economic conditions, garageONE has been cooling its engines for just a while. At this time (and subject to market conditions), garageONE is tentatively scheduled to commence construction in 2010.
Meanwhile, garageONE Scottsdale will continue to take reservations for priority positioning for individual garage unit locations. Pricing will be available soon.
